My work is abstract, but inspired by the natural world and Vermont's landscape. I draw energy and create marks from what I see and feel, tuning in to the cacophony of bird song, the trickle of water flowing underground, the scent of lilacs on the breeze, or the hushed peace of snow covered ground.  I work with a variety of media and mix media, but mainly my paintings are oil and cold wax or acrylic.
